  • Oral solution/oral drops Children 6-12 years 5 mg bd, 2-6 years 2.5 mg bd
  • Moderate renal impairment (CrCl 30-49 mL/min 5 mg once daily, severe renal impairment (CrCl <30 ml="" min="" 5="" mg="" once="" every="" 2="" days="" li="">
