Indication/Uses

Oral
Allergic conditions
Adult: 5 mg once daily
Child: 6-11 mth 1 mg; 1-5 yr 1.25 mg; 6-11 yr 2.5 mg. Doses to be taken once daily
Renal Impairment: Initially, 5 mg every other day
Hepatic Impairmen: Initially, 5 mg every other day
