Registration

How can I sign up my business to be a member of CHEQ?

To become a member, please register through the Google Form provided via the platform. You will need to submit your business details and upload all the necessary documents required.

Our team will process your submission within 24 hours and will send an email to you regarding your account registration.

Can I sign up as a member without an e-mail?

You need a valid email address in order to become a member of CHEQ.

What to do if I forgot my password?

You can go to the CHEQ webpage, click on the Sign In button and proceed to click on the Forgot My Password. You will be asked to enter your email where a reset link will be sent to you.

How do I change the information in my profile?

Step 1: Click on your account

Step 2: Under Account Information, click Update

Step 3: Update your information and save the changes accordingly

How can I update my phone number in CHEQ?

Step 1: Click on your account

Step 2: Under Address Book, click Update

Step 3: Update phone number and save the changes accordingly

How do I add a new address?

Step 1: Click on your account

Step 2: Under Address Book, click Add New.

Step 3: Fill in all the necessary information and save the changes accordingly

Order

How can I place an order on CHEQ?

You only need to have an account on our platform, add items to cart and proceed to checkout.

How can I track my orders?

You can check your orders by accessing your account on the platform in the Order History & Details page. In addition, you will receive a notification by email when the merchant updates the details of your order.

What kind of product selection does CHEQ carry?

We carry a vast selection of products ranging from consumables, controlled poisons, and medical equipment. We will continue to review our selection and add more products that are relevant to our members over time.

How do I apply a promotional code to my order?

Promotional codes can be redeemed at the checkout page.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?

Buyers should expect to receive their orders within three (3) to five (5) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact our support immediately at support@cheq.asia and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

I have received the wrong items. What do I do?

You may return the product following the refund procedure. You have 15 days from the day you received the product to initiate a refund/return process should you meet the requirements for a refund.

When can I request to return items and ask for a refund?

You may request to return items and ask for a refund with the following reasons:

        Items are Damaged - The product arrived with damaged exterior packaging. The item should remain unopened, and 3 clear photographs should be taken of the product.

        Items are Defective - The product arrived with damaged interiors, only noticeable after packaging has been opened.

        Wrong Product - The product does not match the quotation / invoice / receipt.

        Late Delivery - The products were sent late after three (3) working days without any confirmation or communication from the Suppliers and Retailers.

How do I return items or ask for a refund?

In order to submit your request, we need the following:

Proof of purchase (order number, quotation, invoice, receipt)

Reason for refund/replacement has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)

CHEQ and/or suppliers will take action depending on the refund or replacements

How do I check the status of my return?

You can check the status on your account’s dashboard under the Return tab.

I did not receive the full order.

In this case, the merchant is responsible to fulfil the order and will be held accountable. Please contact our support team at support@cheq.asia with your order details and proof of the incomplete order received.  We will then proceed with the necessary arrangements with the merchant.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel any order that has been confirmed/finalized.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Here are few ways to know whether your order has been confirmed.

        Email: You will receive an email for your confirmed order

        Profile: You can click on your profile and check on the Order Details tab and if your order is there, it has been confirmed

Product Information

What product information is available to me?

There are several information for each product sold on CHEQ. You can refer to the listing below:-

        Product name

        Product category

        Product description

        Manufacturer name

        Indication / Usage

        Active Ingredients

        Price

        Quantity

How do I know if a product is still in stock?

If you can see the Add to Cart button on the product, then it is still in stock. You can also check the quantity of a certain product by clicking on it, and check under Product Details in the product page.

Do all products have warranty?

        Only selected item(s) have a warranty, which is determined by the Merchant.

        You can check your product’s warranty under the product description in the product page.

How do I check the details of my product warranty?

You may refer to the details of the warranty on the warranty card attached in your package and contact the Merchant for further assistance.

Payment

What payment methods are available?

We have several payment methods for customers to choose from ranging from Online Banking, Credit Terms and Debit/Credit Card.

For Credit Terms, you need to be approved first by CHEQ admin in order to use this payment method. 

How can I know what payment methods are available for my item?

During checkout, the payment options are automatically displayed for you.

What if I exceeded my credit term limit?

You will not be allowed to use credit term for any future purchases as your payment option. In order to use credit term again, you have to fulfill the payments of your previous purchases.Once that has been done, credit term will be available for you again.

Why is my credit term blocked?

Your credit term could be block due to the reasons:-

        You have exceeded the amount limit

        You have failed to clear your credit term within 60 days

How can I unblock my credit term and use it again as a payment option?

You can contact the CHEQ Finance team to settle your credit term balance. CHEQ Finance team will process your payment, which will take 3-5 working days. Your account will then be unblocked and you can use the credit term as payment option during your next checkout.

Shipping

How will the products be delivered to me?

Your order would be shipped either by the merchants or through the logistic delivery services that we have enlisted. Some of our courier partners includes PosLaju, Skynet, Pgeon, Nationwide, ABX and more.

Which area do you cover for delivery?

We currently support entire Malaysia region which covers Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. 

How can I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address by updating/adding it in your account page in the platform under the address book section.

Who will deliver the item?

Will be covered by merchants / logistic partners

What kind of loyalty rewards does CHEQ offer?

We offer loyalty points called CHEQ Rewards Points™ that can be collected for instant rebate for future purchases.

How do I earn CHEQ Rewards Points™?

Perform purchases on CHEQ and you will be rewarded with loyalty points automatically.

What can I do with CHEQ Rewards Points™?

For the time being, CHEQ Rewards Points™ can be used as instant rebates for your future purchase.

We are constantly updating our platform and bringing in new features for you, so in the future, CHEQ Rewards Points™ could be used to redeem a line up of gifts selections or be donated to certain health foundations.
