Indication/Uses

Previously-treated patient (2nd-line therapy) Individualized dose; recommended starting dose: 500mg/2.5mg or 500mg/5mg bd. Max dose: 2,000mg/20mg daily
Geriatric population dosage should be adjusted depending on renal function parameters (start with 1 tab of glucovance 500mg/2.5mg)
Paed population not recommended for use in children
